Organic extra virgin olive oil
Il Pescinone produces organic extra virgin olive oil and is a member of the Consorzio Olio Toscano IGP.
The olives are organically grown, hand-picked and taken quickly to the olive mill, where they are cold-pressed within 24 hours of harvesting. The result is a well-balanced extra virgin olive oil, characterised by very low acidity and harmonious fruity, bitter and spicy notes.
